• 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
• 1 cup water
• 1 banana
• 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
• 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
1. Add all ingredients into a microwavable bowl and cook for 2 minutes
2. Stir, and cook for an additional 2 minutes
3. Stir and check for desired consistency. Cook additional time if needed
