2 c cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
1/2 c onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 c broccoli florets, chopped
1 c water
1/4 c tamari
1 T sesame seeds
In a medium pan, over medium heat, add the 2 tbsp. of water or veggie broth. Add the chickpeas and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the carrots, onion, celery, broccoli, water and tamari. Stir to combine. Cook the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes or until everything is slightly soft, stirring every few minutes.
Divide between plates, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and enjoy!

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days.
