1 banana, mashed
1 tea. cinnamon
1/2 c frozen blueberries (or fruit of choice)
1/2 tea. vanilla
Place all ingredients in a 3 cup baking dish or microwave safe dish and stir.
Smooth out the mixture in the dish.
Microwave on high for 3 minutes or bake in air fryer @ 400 for 15 minutes.
Enjoy!
Exchange fruit for fruit of choice.
Add other toppings such as peanut butter, pb powder, dairy-free yogurt, flax seed, hemp seed, chia seed, etc.
