Ingredients:
• ½ cup old-fashioned oats
• ¾ cup almond milk (or your favorite plant milk)
• 1 apple, chopped
• cinnamon
• hemp seeds, optional
Instructions:
1. Combine the oats, plant milk, and apple in a bowl
2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and hemp seeds

I will eat this as a snack or a quick dinner. It is also so convenient when traveling. It's very filling - and fast!
