Ingredients:
2 14 oz cans of beans, any variety (I like pinto and black beans), drained and rinsed
1 14 oz can of fire-roasted tomatoes or your favorite salsa
1 12 oz bag of frozen corn
1 t chili powder
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1 T lime juice (adjust as necessary)
cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and let simmer for around 20 minutes

Serve this with baked corn chips, baked potatoes, or rice. Very filling!
