Ingredients:
• 2 cups old fashioned oats
• 2 T ground flax
• 1 1/2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 6 T almond milk or other plant milk
• 3 T maple syrup
• 3 T hemp hearts
• 1/2 t salt
• 1 t vanilla
• 3 t cinnamon (or to taste)
• 1/2 t ginger
• 1/2 t nutmeg
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350° and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and pour into a pan
Bake for 20-30 minutes
Let cool completely before cutting
