Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, halved
3 medium potatoes, halved
1 onion, halved
6 cloves of garlic
6 c vegetable broth
2 T dried dill
1 T smoked paprika
1 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
3 cups non-dairy milk, unsweetened
4 T stoneground mustard
4 T nutritional yeast
Instructions:
Place first 9 ingredients in an Instant Pot and cook on manual for 12 minutes
Add mustard, nutritional yeast, and non-dairy milk
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth
