• 25 oz can of black beans or 3 cups cooked black beans - with liquid
• 16 oz jar of mild salsa
• 8-12 oz frozen corn or one can of corn
• 3 T taco seasoning
• Fresh lime juice
• Cilantro (optional)
Mix beans, corn, and salsa in a pot.
Cook over medium heat until heated.
Before serving, add the lime juice and cilantro, if using.
This is great served with rice or toasted corn chips.
